Like most people in my sort of job, I have creative ambitions. Creative work makes me a better business writer, but equally I hope the results are worth reading in their own right.
I am currently trying to interest agents in a completed novel, Folkestone Beef. Click on the link to the right to download a PDF of the first four chapters, and if you'd like to know what happens next just drop me an email.
Over the last few years I've been writing short stories, which with hindsight have some unifying themes. Click on Catholics to see the current selection.
Breaking the surface reflects my involvement in Folkestone's Creative Quarter, and the regeneration of my home town through art. I've been writing the Creative Foundation's website which explains what's going on in the town, and you'll find full details here.
If you're in a mood to think about painting, take a look at my brother's site on www.markbrasington.net.
